STUDIO POLICIES
A Beautiful Experience Begins With Clear Expectations.
At 4 Girls Glamour, we believe your photography experience should be exciting, empowering, and effortless from beginning to end.
We've outlined our studio policies below so you know exactly what to expect when booking your session, purchasing your collection, and receiving your finished images.
We appreciate you taking a moment to familiarize yourself with these details.
Your Investment
Beautiful photographs. Transparent pricing. No surprises.
Our photography collections are designed to make the entire experience simple.
Each collection includes your photography session and the images and products specified in your selected collection.
Our standard standalone session fee is $300, but when purchasing a collection, that fee is already included in the price.
There are no additional session fees or required purchases beyond your chosen collection. Additional images, products, and upgrades are available if you wish to purchase them.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, are disclosed during checkout or invoicing.
Booking & Payments
Your session is reserved once your booking has been confirmed according to your selected collection's payment arrangements.
All collection balances must be paid in full before final edited images or products are delivered.
Custom albums and physical products must be paid in full before production begins.
Payment plans may be available, with payments completed within six months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
Every photography experience requires dedicated studio time, preparation, and resources reserved specifically for you.
All payments toward photography sessions, collections, digital images, and products are nonrefundable upon purchase or the beginning of an agreed payment plan, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you choose to cancel your photography session, payments already made are forfeited, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation does not automatically release you from remaining obligations under an agreed payment plan.
Rescheduling Your Session
A $150 rescheduling fee applies to all client-requested session date changes.
This fee must be paid before a new session date can be confirmed.
All rescheduled sessions are subject to studio availability.
Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions
We ask that you arrive on time and ready for your scheduled experience.
Arriving late may reduce your available photography time.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered cancellations. Payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
Booking a new session date requires the $150 rescheduling fee and is subject to availability.
Image Selection & Retouching
Your experience includes the opportunity to select your favorite photographs from the unretouched images presented through our studio's selection process.
After your selections are finalized, we professionally edit and retouch the images included in your collection.
Unedited images, RAW files, and photographs not included in your purchase are not delivered.
Additional retouching requests may be available for an additional charge, disclosed before the work begins.
Albums & Products
Our albums and products are thoughtfully designed to showcase your portraits beautifully.
Album layouts are professionally created by our studio. You will have 30 days after receiving your initial album design to request revisions.
Additional revisions or design changes outside the initial review period may result in additional charges.
All physical products are shipped directly to you. Production and shipping timelines vary by product and manufacturer.
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can help resolve the issue.
Your Privacy Matters
Your comfort, confidence, and privacy are incredibly important to us.
Your boudoir photographs will never be publicly shared by 4 Girls Glamour without your separate, affirmative permission.
We love celebrating our clients, but sharing your images is always your choice.
Copyright & Personal Use
All photographs created by 4 Girls Glamour remain the copyrighted property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchased digital images may be printed and shared for personal, noncommercial use.
Commercial reproduction, resale, or advertising use requires prior written permission.
Changes Made by Our Studio
If we need to reschedule your session, we will arrange another mutually convenient date without an additional rescheduling fee.
If we're unable to provide your purchased services or products, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including any refund required by applicable law.
